ພົນລະເມືອງລາວ ບໍ່ໄດ້ເສຍຄ່າກວດໂຄວິດ-19

ທ່ານ ຮສ.ດຣ. ພູທອນ ເມືອງປາກ ຮອງລັດຖະມົນຕີກະຊວງສາທາລະນະສຸກ ຖະແຫລ່ງຂ່າວໃນວັນທີ 5 ມັງກອນ 2021ນີ້ວ່າ: ຕະລອດໄລຍະຜ່ານມາ 2020 ພວກເຮົາໄດ້ຄວບຄຸມ ແລະ ແກ້ໄຂການລະບາດພະຍາດ COVID-19 ຢູ່ປະເທດໃນຂອບເຂດຈຳກັດທີ່ສຸດ; ມາຮອດປະຈຸບັນນີ້ມີຜູ້ຕິດເຊື້ອທັງໝົດ 41 ຄົນ, ປິ່ນປົວດີ  40 ຄົນ, ຍັງຕິດຕາມອາການຢູ່ໂຮງໝໍ 1 ຄົນ ແລະ ບໍ່ມີຜູ້ເສຍຊີວິດ. ເຖີງຢ່າງໃດກໍ່ຕາມ, ສະພາບການລະບາດຂອງພະຍາດໂຄວິດ-19ຢູ່ໃນທົ່ວໂລກ ຍັງບໍ່ໄດ້ຜ່ອນຄາຍລົງ, ບາງປະເທດຍັງກັບຄືນມາລະບາດອີກຄັ້ງໃໝ່ ເຖິງວ່າຈະມີການລິເລີ່ມນໍາໃຊ້ ວັກຊີນ ປ້ອງກັນພະຍາດຢູ່ບາງປະເທດມາແລ້ວ ຮອດວັນທີ 5 ມັງກອນ 2021ນີ້ ມີຜູ້ຕິດເຊື້ອໂຄວິດ-19 ເຖິງ 85,9 ລ້ານກວ່າຄົນ( ຕິດເຊື້ອໃໝ່ 5 ແສນ ຄົນ), ເສຍຊີວິດ 1,8 ລ້ານ ກວ່າຄົນ( ເສຍຊີວິດ ໃໝ່ 8,6 ພັນກວ່າຄົນ). ຕໍ່ໜ້າສະພາບການດັ່ງກ່າວ ຄະນະສະເພາະກິດ ໄດ້ແຈ້ງການເພີ່ມເຕີມກ່ຽວກັບມາດຕະການປ້ອງກັນ COVID-19 ຕັ້ງແຕ່ວັນທີ 23 ທັນວາ 2020 ເຖິງ ວັນທີ 31 ມັງກອນ 2021 ໄດ້ລະບຸແຈ້ງ 13 ມາດຕະການຄື: ການໂຈະການອະນຸມັດ ຖ້ຽວບິນເໝົາລໍາຈາກປະເທດທີ່ມີການລະບາດພະຍາດ COVID-19, ຍົກເວັ້ນຖ້ຽວບິນມະນຸດສະທໍາ ເພື່ອຫຼີກເວັ້ນການນໍາເອົາຜູ້ໂດຍສານທີ່ຕິດເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ເຂົ້າມາປະເທດພວກເຮົາ, ໂຈະອອກວິຊາໃຫ້ແກ່ຜູ້ເດີນທາງມາຈາກປະເທດທີ່ມີການລະບາດພະຍາດ COVID-19ໃນຊຸມຊົນ, ກວດວິເຄາະຫາເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ດ້ວຍເຄື່ອງ PCR ທຸກຄົນ 72 ຊົ່ວໂມງ ກ່ອນການເດີນທາງເຂົ້າມາ ສປປລາວ; ເກັບຕົວຢ່າງກວດວິເຄາະຫາເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ດ້ວຍເຄື່ອງ PCR ທຸກຄົນ ທີ່ເດີນທາງ ຜ່ານດ່ານ ຫຼື ເມື່ອມາເຖິງສະໝາມບິນ ແລະ ຈໍາກັດບໍລິເວນຢູ່ສະຖານທີ່ ທີ່ໄດ້ກໍນົດໄວ້ ຄົບ 14 ວັນ; ເຝົ້າລະວັງຕາມຊາຍແດນປະເທດອ້ອມຂ້າງ, ຕິດຕາມການລັກລອບເຂົ້າເມືອງຜິດກົດໝາຍ ເຂົ້າມາກວດວິເຄາະຫາເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ແລະ ນໍາພາເຂົ້າໄປຈໍາກັດບໍລິເວນ ຢູ່ສູນທີ່ກໍານົດໄວ້ ຄົບ 14 ວັນ, ການກວດກາຜູ້ຂັບລົດຂົນສົ່ງສິນຄ້າຜ່ານແດນໃຫ້ມີໃບຢັ້ງຢືນກວດຫາເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ເປັນຜົນລົບທຸກໆ ອາທິດ ຈຶ່ງອະນຸຍາດໃຫ້ຜ່ານຊາຍແດນເຂົ້າລາວໄດ້;  ຍັງມີມາດຕະການເພີ້ມເຕີມອີກໄລຍະທີ່ມີການລະບາດພະຍາດ COVID-19 ຢູ່ຕະລາດອາຫານທະເລ ຢູ່ປະເທດເພື່ອນບ້ານ ຊື່ງພວກເຮົາໄດ້ໂຈະຊົ່ວຄາວການນໍາເຂົ້າອາຫານທະເລ ຈາກປະເທດທີ່ມີການລະບາດພະຍາດ COVID-19.

ສະເພາະມາດຕະການພາຍໃນປະເທດ:

1. ໂຈະງານຄອນເສີດ, ງານດົນຕີສະໂມສອນ ແລະ ງານສະຫຼອງປີໃໝ່ສາກົນທີ່ຈັດເປັນງານໃຫ່ຍ ກໍ່ເຫັນວ່າໄດ້ຮັບການຮ່ວມມືເປັນຢ່າງດີ ຈາກພາກສ່ວນກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ;
2. ຕິດຕາມກວດກາມາດຕະການຢູ່ສູນຈໍາກັດບໍລິເວນຂອງລັດ, ໂຮງແຮມທີຖືກກໍານົດໄວ້ໃຫ້ປະ ຕິບັດຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງ ແລະ ເຂັ້ມງວດ ຈໍາກັດບໍລິເວນ ຄົບ 14 ວັນ, ບໍ່ໃຫ້ອອກໄປຂ້າງນອກ;
3. ໄດ້ເພີ່ມທະວີການໂຄງສະນາເຜີຍແຜ່ໃຫ້ທຸກຄົນໃນສັງຄົມຍົກສູງສະຕິຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບ ໃນການປະຕິບັດມາດຕະການປ້ອງກັນການຕິດເຊື້ອ, ການແຜ່ເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19;
4. ໄດ້ລົງເກັບຕົວຢ່າງຈາກຜູ້ຂົນສົ່ງ ແລະ ຄ້າຂາຍ ອາຫານທະເລ ມາກວດວິເຄາະຫາເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19 ຈໍານວນ 138 ຄົນ ເຫັນວ່າບໍ່ພົບເຊື້ອພະຍາດ COVID-19
5. ພວກເຮົາຍັງມີມາດຕະການເພີ້ມເຕີມ ສໍາລັບການຕິດຕາມຜູ້ຖືກຈໍາກັດບໍລິເວນ ໃນໄລຍະ 14 ວັນ ໂດຍໃຊ້ ເຄື່ອງມືທາງການແພດແບບ Digital, ຊື່ງສາມາດຕິດຕາມອຸນະພູມ ເຊົ້າ-ແລງ ແລະ ບອກສະຖານທີ ທີ່ຜູ້ກ່ຽວໄປມາ, ພ້ອມທັງມາດຕະການໃຫ້ຊື້ປະກັນໄພ COVID-19 ສໍາລັບຜູ້ເດີນທາງເຂົ້າສປປລາວ;
6. ສະເພາະ ກ່ຽວກັບວັກຊີນ ກັນພະຍາດ COVID-19 ປະເທດເຮົາກໍ່ໄດ້ຮັບມາແລ້ວ ແລະ ໄດ້ກໍານົດກຸ່ມເປົ້າໝາຍທີ່ມີຄວາມສ່ຽງສູງ ເປັນຮອບທີ່ 2 ແລ້ວ ແລະ ຈະໄດ້ສືບຕໍ່ດໍາເນີນການຕໍ່ໄປ.

   Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phouthon MEUANGPAK, Deputy Minister of Health, said on January 5, 2021: Throughout 2020, we have controlled and addressed the COVID-19 outbreak in the country to a very limited extent;  So far, a total of 41 people have been infected, 40 have been treated, and 1 is still being treated at the hospital and no deaths have been reported.

   In light of this situation, the Task Force has issued additional notification on the COVID-19 prevention measures from 23 December 2020 to 31 January 2021, stating 13 measures as follows: Suspended to allow charter flights from countries with the COVID-19 outbreak, Except for humanitarian flights to avoid bringing passengers infected with COVID-19 into Lao PDR;  Suspends visas for travelers from countries with COVID-19 outbreaks in the community; Test for COVID-19 by PCR with everyone 72 hours before arrival in Lao PDR, collect samples, diagnose COVID-19 by PCR with everyone all passengers passing through the checkpoint or upon arrival at the airport and restrict the area at the designated location for full 14 days. Surveillance along the border of neighboring countries, monitoring illegal immigration, to get test for COVID-19 and Take away limit the designated center for 14 days; Inspection of transit drivers requires a COVID-19 certificate negative every week, therefore allowed to cross the border into Lao PDR. There are additional measures, there are additional measures disease outbreak phase COVID-19 atlas seafood at neighbor; we have temporarily suspended seafood imports from country COVID-19 outbreak.

   Specific measures in the country:
